With rubber gloves, massage this into the lamb. Let it sit for 12 hours and salt it with rock salt. Cook it on a hot grill with the lid on for 15 minutes. Turn it over and let it cook for 15 more minutes, then let it cool for 5 minutes. It's delicious.

Get to the picnic location early to stake out a good spot. It's good to set up somewhere that is near a bathroom and not far from the shade.
