The Automotive Training Institute, the largest coaching and consulting firm for independent shop owners in the automotive repair industry is experiencing record growth. ATI has recently relocated to a "state of the art" office and " training facility located in Linthicum, Maryland.

ATI is seeking dedicated and tenacious New Business Development Representatives for our growing New Business development " National" team! In this rewarding and lucrative role, you will reach out to auto repair shop owners and sell them our 1-day management / business training workshop. The NBD Rep will develop relationships with pre-generated leads from initial contact to the sale. 33% of shop owners purchase on the first contact, although the sales cycle can be 3-4 days.

This position requires a consistent and enthusiastic individual who is goal-directed, recognition motivated and income driven. Job Responsibilities
As a NBD Sales Rep for The Automotive Training Institute, you will qualify shop owners you make contact with ? ensuring that our services will offer the best solution for their unique needs in the always changing automotive industry. Ultimately, your duty will be to close clients through the sale of a ticket to our workshop event.

Additional Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative include:
* Building rapport with potential clients within 30 seconds
* Maintain specific activity levels and results developed SPECIFICALLY for new hires during the first (i) 30, (i) 60, and (i) 90 day time periods.
* Participation in Weekly sales training during ramp up time
* Participation in our coaching and mentoring program (We are a coaching / training company)
* Documentation of activity in appropriate software

Requirements:
As a New Business Development Representative for ATI, you must display a positive, assertive and persuasive attitude as well as a willingness to learn (We are a training and coaching company)! We are seeking sales professionals who are dedicated to consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Additional requirements of the Automotive Training Institute include:
* High School diploma; College degree, a plus
* Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience; outside sales experience/ consultative sales, preferred
* Familiarity with Salesforce.com and/or ACT preferred (We WILL train you!)
* The ability to be work successfully in fast paced environment with changing priorities
* A documented successful sales history
* The ability to pass a full criminal background check
* Have a working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook (We don't train you!)
* Willingness to work in a team oriented, numbers driven organization
* Strong desire to be a part of a game changing, innovative company
